How do I request a refund?
||| All sales are final unless stated otherwise Refunds are only given in the form of store credit. If you wish to return an item, restocking fees apply and must be approved by one of our agents. We do not issue refunds for items that are on backorder. Due to the viral nature of our merchandise and unforeseen spikes in traffic and product demand, it is possible some products may be out of stock at the time of your purchase.
I received a faulty/damaged product what should I do?
If you received a defective, damaged or faulty item, picture proof of the defective or faulty item must be submitted no later than 7 days after receiving the package.
